During the summer following the death of Sirius, Harry isn't sure what to make of the sudden appearance of a six-year-old boy. The two orphans instantly form a connection (unaware that they are actually half brothers!), and Harry makes a decision to take the boy to Hogwarts and hide him there. To aide the boy's education, Harry also anonymously write letters to Snape, who has no idea who he is replying to.
A story of a how a teenage boy becomes a father-figure to another while their own father is oblivious of their biological existance. But can a sixteen-year-old boy give what he himself has not gained? Can he even go an entire year without being discovered? Just how far will Severus go to find the writer of those letters?
