It's not rubbish! It's great, especially since Dumbledore faints at the end. The only thing I would change would be to have Harry pull a hidden pistol on Voldie. It seems that it would be kind of hard to carry a rifle with you while you are dodging spells and firing off your own. But the idea of a muggle weapon being the thing to finish off Voldemort is perfect!

The subtlety, the understatement, the what-is-left-unsaid. I can picture the expressions on both Harry and Severus's faces - especially Sev's. And Dumbledore falling off his chair - payback! :)
