I know its been a long time but please please finish!
I found this story three days ago, I decided to give it a shot and couldn't stop reading until I get here haha. To be honest at first I didn't think I was going to like it because I usually don't like child fics because many are very unreal and don't have a plot. However your fic very well written I love how you phrase everything. I love the story and love the fact that is very different from what we're used to read in severitus challenge, the usual letter from Lily and the surprise, this is different because both parts have had time to know a little bit from the other and when they'll know the truth is not going to be such a big shock. I love this Severus I think he is mostly in character which is hard to achieve (I can't do it I must say haha), Toby is at the same time awesome and I don't like him haha, he's way too mature to be six years old but he's very cool and I loved his heroic crusade to save his daddy, it was very sweet. I can't wait to know what is going to happen next!! I'm eager to know about the conversation they'll be having and the memory!!! I hope to read you soon!!
Wonderful chapter; I liked the look back in time with Irma... Glad Harry is beginning to get the answers - now we just have to wait and see - on the memory as well as Severus. :)
I really liked this! I have to admit that I hesitated at first, but this was so different from everything I've read that I wanted to try it out. I really grew to love Toby and I felt bad for him at times when it seemed as if Harry didn't take enough care of him. But he usually came around again and he's still learning how to be a parent so I suppose I can't hold it against him. I liked the way you made him more responsible because he wanted to be a good parent and idol for Toby! I also liked the way you wrote Snape, how he slowly and grudgingly came to respect and even like Harry. How he was continually surprised by Harry and had to change his opinion. Well done! I'm looking forward to more of this and Snape finally finding out about Toby. And, obviously, finding out if Harry really is his son and what this ominous memory of Lily's that Irma protects contains. Just one little negative comment: Do you have a beta-reader? Because sometimes, your sentences don't completely match up and there's word missing and such. I would offer my help, by English is not my first language and I don't have a lot of free-time right now. I just thought it might be helpful. But anyway, I'll sure read the next chapters and enjoy them! Thank you for writing, ai
