Thanks so, so much for the positive reviews on the last chapter, all those who left them! I was so relieved...I was sure, after I posted that chapter, I was going to get lots of irritated feedback saying, "Shut up with the freakin' psychology and get on with the story," LOL!
I hope this chapter goes over OK, too...it's a bit more subdued than the last one, but a necessary bridge between it and the action to follow. Thanks for reading!
